Utility Room

The utility room has space for a full size washer and electric dryer. The water shut-off valve is located here as is the central gas furnace. There are built-in cabinets and shelving located above the washer dryer area, a convenient coat rack, and ample room for a second refrigerator or an upright freezer. The utility room exits to the back of the house onto the deck, with a new back storm door just installed in 2017.

This is the whole house water shut off valve located on the wall behind the washer/dryer. The water line under the house is wrapped in warming tape that prevents it from freezing. If leaving for an extended period, just shut off the water here and keep the heater on 50 degrees. The pipes inside the home have never burst in over 12 years.

The circuit box for the house is just inside the back entrance.
