The House Outside

Upgrades to this mountain home include rain gutters and downspouts, motion detector lamps on each side of the home, a Trex constructed front porch, a large back deck (rebuilt in 2017, a custom-built oversized two plus car garage with a breezeway, and sidewalks connecting both the front porch and the back deck to the garage. There is also a second driveway which leads to a vehicle storage area hidden from street view by the trees.

This deck was completely rebuilt and stained with a clear coat in 2017). The sidewalk leads the the side entrance of the garage. There is an outside hose bib on the back of the home near the back entrance.

The deck is approximately 19 feet by 16 feet. When the deck was rebuilt, it was stained with a clear coat (not as shown here).
